Gourmet Roasting was established in 2002 in Imola. Each year, we import over 200,000 kilograms of green coffee to transform into our coffees.
To ensure the highest quality coffee, we select only the best high-altitude plantations with hand-picked fruits. We use a slow and gentle roasting process, cool the beans with air, and carefully blend them. The care we put into every step of the process ensures that every cup of Gourmet coffee has the perfect balance of aroma, body, and sweetness.

For our coffees, we have chosen important certifications, foremost among them the Fairtrade Certification, which ensures a fair price for the producers of our organic coffees.
Every step of our production process has also received Organic Agriculture Certification. Our most prestigious coffees have received the Specialty Coffee designation, synonymous with excellent coffees selected for their extraordinary quality and traceability along the entire supply chain, from the grower to the roastery.
